Intern - Logistics

Job Description

Looking for a candidate local to the Lincolnton NC area that can work onsite - 25-40 hours per week. Supporting the logistics planning team in a specific value stream

• Planning an area individually (supervised by an experienced logistics planner)
• Creating state-of-the-art logistic reports
• Tracking inbound shipments

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university or a recent graduate
• Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Indefinite U.S. Work authorized individuals only
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working skills in Microsoft Office
• Major in logistics/supply chain management
• Experienced with LEAN logistic concepts
• General ideas how to visualize and improve processes
• Team player
