Responsibilities

  • Interpreting data to analyze past financial trends and project future debt possibilities
  • Developing multi-million dollar financing structures for General Obligation Bonds and Capital Facilities Lease issues for various municipalities
  • Providing expertise in cash flow analyses, new money financings, refinancing of debt, bonding capacity, election support, and long-term financial plans
  • Analyzing municipalities' current debt structures and preparing financing proposals for public meetings
  • Managing documents for financings, record keeping, and other professional office activities
  • Ensuring file organization based on office protocol
  • Performing ad-hoc support and other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Occasional travel within Missouri to Board meetings (expected about twice per month)

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of related experience preferred

  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay

Compensation Range: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
