Intern, Live Production & Entertainment - Fall Semester 2026

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Color Guards for all Celtics home games and coordinate logistics for game day
  • Afford assistance with coordination of pregame programming and in-game promotions
  • Afford assistance with working with groups such as the National Anthem performer, Halftime Acts, junior dance team, etc.
  • Afford assurance that prizes, waivers, and props for all in-game promotions/contests are in place for each home game
  • Deliver game scripts, breakdowns/flow sheets to the control room staff every day of game
  • Afford assistance to the Stage Managers and Celtics' Promotions Team with the set up and breakdown of all in-game promotions/contests
  • Provide copies of the Jumbotron Feed to various departments after each home game
  • Participation in sponsor, community, and season ticket holder related events
  • Work alongside the Live Production & Entertainment staff during the planning and execution during our annual entertainment teams auditions (summer internship only)
  • Afford assistance to the Live Production & Entertainment staff's planning for the upcoming season by brainstorming new, creative in-game promotions/contests (summer internship only)
  • Afford assistance with general office administrative duties
  • Qualifications

    • Ability to communicate effectively with the public
    • High energy, people person
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
    • Professional manner, positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Ability to interact with other departments under many circumstances
    • Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing business conditions

    • Requirements

      • Must be a junior or senior undergraduate student or graduate student
      • Acceptable academic credit
      • Ability to work scheduled home games and events
