Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings on various legal and regulatory topics.
• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Support the legal team with litigation management, discovery requests, and document preparation.
• Review and analyze legal and regulatory developments impacting the insurance industry.
• Assist with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• Organize and maintain legal records and documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business partners across multiple departments.
• Participate in special legal projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program with completion of at least one year of legal studies preferred.

Qualifications

Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in corporate, business, or insurance law.

Skills
