About the role

As a Branch Intern you will play a key role in the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. Working alongside expert financial professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with a broad range of investment products and services, and gain valuable exposure to personal investing and financial planning. The internship includes significant work assignments designed to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry while developing business, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

This 10‑week, full‑time summer internship runs annually from June 7 – August 13 2027 and is based on‑site at the Investor Center location. Through Fidelity’s FIDTERN Program you will receive hands‑on experience, coaching, mentorship, professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in junior year of college.
• Interest in investing and wealth management.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
• Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
• Professional demeanor and collaborative problem‑solving skills.
• Basic understanding of current market, economy, and economic trends.
• Ability to promote customer loyalty while delivering outstanding customer experience.
