About the Role

You will support the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center by providing customer service and assisting with investment products and services. You will contribute to work assignments, collaborate on business challenges and process improvements, and participate in branch initiatives.

Requirements

• Be an undergraduate student in your junior year of college
• Have an interest in investing and wealth management
• Have experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking
• Have leadership experience and involvement in student organizations
• Understand current markets, the economy, and economic trends
• Promote customer loyalty and an outstanding customer experience
