About the role
Assists in organization and dissemination of office policies and procedures; responsible to act as a supportive conduit for company communications.
Responsibilities
- Reviews new hires and on-boarding processes to assist HR in monitoring application, screening, and administration of hiring and new employee orientation
- Coordinates meetings, training sessions, and other events for projects
- Handles confidential legal and financial information on a regular basis
- Aids HR with project recruiting, employee hiring processes, and onboarding/ orientation
- Maintains logs to track data in an organized manner via Excel and SharePoint (Recruiter information, Employee Relocation information; Personal Vehicle Rental agreements) and ensures that requirements are all updated
- Supports tracking of all employee-related training, performance reviews, and other required employment status monitoring
- Reviews and monitors Federal and State Employment Law Posters to keep jobsite bulletin boards updated
- Affords support to employees with reports as needed
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- At least two (2) years of related administrative, HR, or customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational capabilities in order to plan, prioritize, and monitor multiple activities at once
- Advanced Interpersonal skills – able to work on diverse teams
- Maintains the confidentiality of all documentation, information and processes
