Responsibilities

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
  • Manage difficult and sensitive matters with excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Influence stakeholders and communicate complex details clearly
  • Balance the needs of individual stakeholders while delivering corporate objectives

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Enrolled in classes for the fall of 2026
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus
  • Strong project management skills; exposure to difficult or complex projects is a plus

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and workplace culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible workspace and adapt to changing work hours

Work Conditions

  • Office environment and production environment
  • Exposure to heat, cold, and noise in a manufacturing setting
  • Fast-paced production area with moving objects and sheet metal
  • Occasional periods of standing or sitting for extended periods of time
  • Must wear appropriate PPE when and where required
  • Frequent weeks working 40+ hours
  • Frequent communication with people throughout the day
