About Us: Beyond the competitive benefits and compensation, Kohler proudly offers a rich history, steeped in creativity and a commitment to our associates and communities. We invite you to learn more about our culture and company at www.kohlercompany.com. We need to remove EEO boilerplate etc. We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Also maybe "Qualifications" but we have skills/requirements. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: Could include the introductory paragraph: "Opportunity Direct, aid and produce with little supervision, food of the highest quality in the most efficient and consistent manner to enhance guest satisfaction." Also maybe location and work mode? The posting includes "Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI". Also "This is a 6-month internship. Applicants must be available from May through October." That could go under About the role or maybe separate "Details". But we can include in About the role. - Responsibilities: The list under Specific Responsibilities broken into subcategories. We can produce a
  • for each bullet. Could group by subheading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have a Responsibilities section with a

containing each responsibility bullet. We could keep subheadings inside? Probably not needed; just list each bullet. - Requirements/Skills: The Skills/Requirements section includes many items. Could split into Requirements and Skills? But we have both headings allowed. We could combine into Skills section. Or we could have Requirements (like degree, authorization) and Skills (competencies). Let's see: The list includes: Be pursuing a degree in Culinary or completing classes. Must have an advanced knowledge of culinary terms and techniques. Must be fluent in English and have completed sanitation course. Demonstrate competency in breakfast cookery, vegetable preparations, cooking starches, rice, pasta, and sandwich preparation. Advanced meat, fish and poultry fabrication, advanced stocks, soups, and sauce preparation. Have knowledge of restaurant and banquet buffet service, ala carte service and plated banquet service. Develop daily specials that contribute to the development of our food program and new menus. Demonstrate leadership in your work group, have the ability to lead the kitchen in the absence of the unit chef. Have an understanding of the development of checklists systems of managing production. Be able to develop them for problem solving when necessary. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. We could separate: Requirements (degree, language, sanitation course, work authorization) and Skills (competencies). But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one Skills section. - Benefits: The "Why Work at Kohler Co.?" paragraph includes benefits: ongoing investment in development, opportunity to collaborate, benefits package including competitive salary, health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company matching, and more! Also mention mission etc. Could be Benefits section. - Pay: The hourly rate $12.80 - $20.00. - Schedule: "This is a part-time position, working weekdays and weekends with shifts varying between 4:00 am and 8:00 pm." We also have location and work mode and internship duration; could be part of About the role. We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure we don't include empty sections. Now produce HTML fragment:
