About the role

The Customer Service Automation & Data Analytics Intern supports the Customer Experience team by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data management. This role partners with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to help streamline administrative processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual work. The intern will gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges by organizing and analyzing data, supporting automation initiatives, and helping implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience. This internship is ideal for a student interested in business operations, analytics, AI, process improvement, or information systems.
