About the role

Responsible for assisting in the culinary operations at Lucas Oil Stadium, including menu development, kitchen management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals to stadium patrons.
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of new menu items.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in a food service environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with food safety protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
