About the role
Responsible for assisting in the culinary operations at Lucas Oil Stadium, including menu development, kitchen management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals to stadium patrons.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Contribute to the development and execution of new menu items.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a food service environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
