We are seeking college students who are interested in pursuing the following: Corporate or Business StrategyContinuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Quality ManagementBusiness or Data Analytics Desired Educational Level Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Public Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Eligible candidates should be enrolled in an academic bachelors or post graduate degree program maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Required Skills Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to synthesize information from multiple sources and present findings clearlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCuriosity and willingness to learn new frameworks and toolsInterest in strategy, process improvement, or quality management Preferred Skills Exposure to continuous improvement or quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or the Baldrige Excellence FrameworkInterest or experience in communications, content creation, or instructional designFamiliarity with data visualization or dashboarding tools such as Power BI Work Location - Taylor, TX Interns will be required to be on-site in Taylor, TX at minimum 2 days per week, or more, as needed based on the business needs as determined by management. This is a full-time internship for the Summer of 2027. The program will run from the start of June through the second week of August.
