Job Summary

Under the direction of the Manager for Career Development, provides assistance in all aspects of the coordination of the job shadowing program and career pathway project.

Job Responsibilities

• Aid the Center for Career Development team members in the coordination of the job shadowing program, including follow-up with inquiries, communication with departments hosts, maintenance of an inquiry database, and creation of job shadowing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Assist the Center for Career Development team members in developing communication to department leaders across the system to create and promote visual career ladders and pathways to be placed on the CFCD website.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience

Junior or Senior level undergraduate student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program with a major in communication, business management, or human resources.
