Role Overview Provides technical support under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to ensure quality outcomes. Engages in service functions and effective communication with staff, patients, and visitors, and performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients as directed by a registered nurse.Contributes to developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans under nurse supervision.Assists with patient care activities and supports nursing staff.Participates in initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing educational activities.Completes assigned professional goals. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; limited to 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Basic computer literacy.Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
