Intern, Business Intelligence & Operations - Fall Semester 2026

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation of SQL scripts for building Tableau server data sources and ensuring data accuracy.
• Create and validate data visualizations in Tableau, presenting data in a clear and informative manner.
• Conduct data accuracy audits in the CRM system, performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Analyze and update leads in the email marketing database.
• Tag and categorize social media posts.
• Participate in various Archtics-related ticketing projects, including pricing structure, data maintenance, financial monitoring, and third-party integrations.
• Process and report on ticket donations for the Shamrock Dreams program to Community Engagement.
• Answer and troubleshoot fan questions related to tickets at the TD Garden Box Office during home games.
• Research and present best practices in business analytics and operations within the sports industry.
• Perform other collaborative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Intelligence.

Requirements

• Must be a junior or senior undergraduate student or graduate student.
• Must have the ability to work scheduled home games and events.
