About the Role

Join the Miami HEAT Broadcast Services team at Kaseya Center as a Broadcast Services Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a Championship organization while learning the technology, preparation, and execution behind some of South Florida's biggest sports and entertainment events.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians supporting broadcast operations, audio/visual systems, networking infrastructure, IPTV distribution, Q-SYS platforms, event production, and more. This internship offers behind-the-scenes access to NBA games, concerts, and major arena events, with no coffee-run duties—just immersive, real-world experience.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to broadcast, AV, networking, and IPTV technologies
• Train on professional systems including Q-SYS and enterprise network infrastructure
• Work alongside experts in audio, video, lighting, staging, and production technology
• Support live event preparation and execution, including setup, troubleshooting, and technical operations
• Assist with day-to-day operations for NBA games, concerts, special events, and remote productions
