Responsibilities
- Content Development: Formats training materials, playbooks, job aids, and presentation decks.
- LMS Maintenance: Manages course tracking, uploads training modules, and compiles completion reports.
- Event Logistics: Coordinates virtual workshops and prepares physical or digital materials.
- Data Analytics: Reviews evaluations and trainee feedback to identify performance gaps.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just in major).
- Completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising junior.
- Must attach a copy of an unofficial college transcript.
- Ability to work part‑time (20–29 hours per week) during the internship period.

Pay
The hourly rate for undergraduate students is $25.30; for graduate students, $32.20. The final rate will be determined by the selected student’s academic level.
Schedule
This is a part‑time internship (20–29 hours per week) for the Spring Rotation, running from January 11 2027 through May 14 2027.
