Retail Operations Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Retail Operations Intern to join our Retail Operations team supporting the Americas region. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a retail organization while supporting key operational initiatives that contribute to the success of our store network. Working alongside the Retail Operations team, the intern will assist with cross-functional projects, operational processes, and administrative activities that help ensure an exceptional experience for both our store teams and clients. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborative, and passionate about operational excellence within a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating packaging and supply orders for stores.
• Assist with uniform management and distribution tracking to support store operations.
• Support the Retail Operations team during retail events, trunk shows, and other commercial initiatives as needed.
• Assist with project coordination activities for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Assist with purchase order administration, invoice tracking, and other operational coordination tasks.
• Contribute to updating operational guidelines, training materials, and process documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team as needed.

Requirements

• In-store retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in progress or recent graduate.
