Retail & Operations Intern

Term: February 2027 – August 2027

Hourly pay range: $19–$21 per hour

Responsibilities

• General project management tasks
• Resource allocation
• Process and maintain data via SAP and prepare Excel presentations
• Process improvement initiatives
• Project analysis, design, and implementation
• Assist in ongoing process workflows in Operations/Logistics
• Provide tactical department support toward achieving organizational objectives
• Support Corporate Retail stores
• Preparation for meetings and events (e.g., presentations, reporting, catering)
• Creation and analysis of sales reports to monitor business performance
• Compliance monitoring
• Support implementation of marketing plan activities, especially events, collaborations, and promotions
• Coordinate retail activities with German parent company, such as sales incentives
• Manage the core assortment and weekly replenishment orders
• Work directly with store managers
• Support the Head of Retail with varied tasks

Requirements

• Recent graduate or Junior/Senior currently attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Operations/Retail or comparable study
• Preferably previous internship or work experience
• Proficient computer skills in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Self-starter: able to follow directions, willingness to learn, and take initiative
• Ability to solve advanced problems and troubleshoot complex issues
• German language skills are a plus but not required
