About the role

The Intern position with Greater Iowa Youth for Christ is an educational and experiential opportunity to grow in non-profit operations and ministry leadership. We will discuss the major areas of leadership formation, ministry, development, and operations. Through this opportunity, you will get to see behind the curtain of how a ministry operates. Our desire is that this internship will allow you the time and exposure to discern if vocational ministry or nonprofit leadership are the appropriate assignment for you.

Responsibilities

• Serve alongside a site or ministry director to learn and perform all the duties required for excellence in that ministry role.
• Engage directly with students.
• Grow into more of a leader.
• Train in fundraising to your circle of influence.

A 18 year old minimum.
