Responsibilities

• Perform basic office functions to facilitate patient access into the practice.
• Obtain accurate patient information and create a positive office image by responding professionally to all patients, staff, and other customers in a manner consistent with the Mercy Medical Center Philosophy.
• Use customer service skills to contact patients via phone, Epic software, texting, and/or email to schedule appointments.
• Document attempts in Epic and other software as indicated.
• Schedule appointments appropriately per practice protocol.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED, or if currently enrolled in high school, pass a literacy assessment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate using multiple tools—phone, email, Epic Software.
• Ability to document attempts in appropriate software per protocols.
• Ability to schedule patient appointments per practice protocol.

Pay

Minimum USD $16.00/Hr. – Maximum USD $22.40/Hr.
