Responsibilities
- Contact patients via phone, Epic software, texting, and/or email to schedule appointments.
- Document attempts in Epic and other software as indicated.
- Schedule appointments appropriately per practice protocol.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED or if currently enrolled in HS, pass a literacy assessment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate using multiple tools—phone, email, Epic Software.
- Ability to document attempts in appropriate software per protocols.
- Ability to schedule patient appointments per practice protocol.
