Intern

Responsibilities

• Contact patients via phone, Epic software, texting and/or email to schedule appointments.
• Document attempts in Epic and other software as indicated.
• Schedule appointments appropriately per practice protocol.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or if currently enrolled in HS, pass a literacy assessment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate using multiple tools—phone, email, Epic Software.
• Ability to document attempts in appropriate software per protocols.
• Ability to schedule patient appointments per practice protocol.

• Min USD $16.00/Hr.
• Max USD $22.40/Hr.
