About the role
Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal (KRSM) offers Co-op/Intern positions to provide college students from diverse educational disciplines the opportunity to apply classroom learning to real-world work experience. The program aims to:
- Familiarize students with the construction industry and its processes.
- Introduce students to the complex interrelationships in construction.
- Expose students to management functions within KRSM.
- Aid students in acquiring job-specific skills to enhance their industry value.
The company will position students in various entry-level roles based on company or project needs. Each month, the student will be evaluated by their mentor, and at the end of the internship, the student will complete an evaluation of their experience.
