Primary Role

• Affirm Dredge America’s values: Committed to doing the right thing with a can-do attitude.
• Ensure the dredge is clean and well maintained.
• Communicate effectively with all Dredge America team members and superiors.
• Perform basic manual labor tasks.
• Operate land-based support equipment such as forklift, skid-steer, excavator, etc.
• Operate a boat.
• Utilize a proactive approach to completing job-specific tasks.
• Perform daily grade checks for the Operator.
• Participate in safety meetings.
• Assist the Operator, Deckhands, and Laborers with daily equipment inspections.
