About the role
Dr. Fazal’s lab is seeking an intern/aide to support research activities. This is a part-time position requiring 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level administrative or laboratory duties.
- Observe tasks related to field of study or career interest.
- Assist with special projects or programs.
- Collect imaging or sequencing data.
- Design experiments and present scientific work to an audience.
- Communicate research design and ideas.
- Plan future experiments.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in high school, trade/technical/vocational school, or a higher education institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to critically design scientific progress.
