About the role

3D Personnel are partnering with one of Ireland’s leading main contractors. Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Limerick-based team, working on large-scale multi-million-euro projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and forecast the cash flow of the project
• Ensure compliance with Contract schedule and provide weekly reports to the construction team on planned versus actual progress
• Ensure the Construction Team adheres to all Contractual Requirements; provide advice and monitor compliance
• Develop and maintain relationships with the client to support activities and maintain positive relations on behalf of the company
• Prepare monthly valuations, cost reports, variations, and submit final accounts in a timely manner
• Manage Subcontractors
• Perform cost monitoring and reporting; attend all monthly cost reporting meetings

Requirements

• Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in dealing with Subcontractors and Clients
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying packages
• Demonstrates excellent budgetary responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with emphasis on accurate reporting

Pay

EUR 60,000 – EUR 70,000 per year
