Intermediate Designer - 3+ Years Experience (NY)

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), AutoCAD, Enscape or equivalent software.
• Create accurate schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documentation for various projects.
• Produce high-quality graphic designs and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
• Affiliate in system design and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Utilize CAD tools to develop detailed plans for interior spaces, mechanical systems, or architectural layouts.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with engineers or contractors as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in design-related roles across architecture, engineering, interior design, or related fields.
• Professional or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program.
• Experience in Residential projects preferred.
• REVIT experience required.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs.
• Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial construction details and methods.
• Hands-on approach.
• Able to manage and produce a comprehensive Construction Documents package.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Legal work status in the United States.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment.

$70,000 - $110,000 annually
