Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), AutoCAD, Enscape or equivalent software.
- Create accurate schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documentation for various projects.
- Produce high-quality graphic designs and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
- Affiliate in system design and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Utilize CAD tools to develop detailed plans for interior spaces, mechanical systems, or architectural layouts.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with engineers or contractors as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in design-related roles across architecture, engineering, interior design, or related fields.
- Professional or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program.
- Experience in Residential projects preferred.
- REVIT experience required.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs.
- Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction details and methods.
- Hands-on approach.
- Able to manage and produce a comprehensive Construction Documents package.
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Qualifications
- Legal work status in the United States.
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment.
Skills
- Strong foundation in various design disciplines, including architectural, mechanical, and graphic design.
- Industry-standard software proficiency (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D, AutoCAD, Enscape).
