Intermediate Designer / Architect [5+ years experience]

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Detailing
• 3D-Modelling

• Cordination w/ internal team and consultants

Requirements

• 5+ years of architectural design and documentation experience, preferably with 2-3 years at a single place of employment
• Strong, confident design talent
• A professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within the team setting of a small office environment
• Meticulous drawing and modelling skills (3D & Physical)
• Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a positive, diligent work ethic
• SD-CD level project experience in REVIT and Rhino
• Rendering experience using Enscape
• High-end residential design experience
