Intermediate Business Analyst

PRIMARY FUNCTION

StraitSys Inc is seeking professionals to support the FBI's Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) Huntsville Strategy Team (HST). The position involves coordinating the realignment of FBI resources to Huntsville, Alabama, and potentially to Clarksburg, West Virginia, and Pocatello, Idaho, as part of the FBI's Strategic Realignment Initiative (SRI).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop communication products including presentations, briefings, executive messaging, newsletters, and reports.
• Oversee internal and external communications efforts supporting workforce transitions.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement activities and ensure consistent, effective communication across multiple audiences.
• Oversee public relations and outreach activities to promote organizational priorities and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with five (5) years or more of business analyst experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has eight (8) or more years of experience.
• Five (5) years or more experience to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
• Ability to solve problems involving complex situations.
• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• At least five (5) years of experience in communications, with specific experience in change management communications for government agencies.
• Experience developing and managing internal and external communication strategies.
• Knowledge of strategic messaging, media relations, and crisis communication.
• Proven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and government officials.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
