Intermediate Architect with Hospitality Experience

Job Description

Develop design and construction documents
Delegate tasks to a team
Construction administration
Provide technical guidance about materials and specifications
Coordinate with interdisciplinary consultants and manage deadline submissions
Work independently as well as collaboratively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• Extensive experience in Hospitality projects REQUIRED. Must have 1-2 completed hotel projects in your portfolio, otherwise application will not be considered.
• Experience with renovations within existing buildings PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
• Experience in collaboration with Interior Design firms.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in US Architecture firms
• Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• English proficiency required, both spoken and written

COMPENSATION

$80,000-$100,000 annual salary dependent upon individual's experience.
