Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Associate or Principal in charge.
- Develop project documentation from design development through construction documents, including detail construction drawings.
- Respond to RFI’s and submittals throughout construction administration.
- Collaborate with the design leader at LEVER, and contractor and consultants throughout construction to ensure that design intent is delivered.
Qualifications
- Experience and familiarity with industry standard design software, including Revit, is required.
- Experience with educational institutions, developer, or corporate-projects preferred.
- Familiarity with zoning and building codes is a plus.
- Experience coordinating with engineers and consultants is a plus.
- Licensed Architect is a plus.
Requirements
- Comfortable working independently and as a collaborative, productive member of a team.
- Highly motivated and proactive.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong graphic and verbal communication skills.
- Must live in the Portland, OR area.
