Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Associate or Principal in charge.
  • Develop project documentation from design development through construction documents, including detail construction drawings.
  • Respond to RFI’s and submittals throughout construction administration.
  • Collaborate with the design leader at LEVER, and contractor and consultants throughout construction to ensure that design intent is delivered.

Qualifications

  • Experience and familiarity with industry standard design software, including Revit, is required.
  • Experience with educational institutions, developer, or corporate-projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with zoning and building codes is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating with engineers and consultants is a plus.
  • Licensed Architect is a plus.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working independently and as a collaborative, productive member of a team.
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong graphic and verbal communication skills.
  • Must live in the Portland, OR area.
