Intermediate Architect / Designer

About the role

Space International is an award-winning architecture firm focusing on commercial, custom residential, and landscape projects. The firm emphasizes design excellence, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of project development from concept to construction.
• Work with professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2-5 years of prior experience in design-oriented architecture practice, with an emphasis on construction documentation for built works.
• Show excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Show proficiency in AutoCAD/Vectorworks, Adobe Suite, Rhino/Sketchup, and Maxwell.

Requirements

• Current Southern California resident with valid work status in the US.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2-5 years prior experience in design-oriented architecture practice, with an emphasis on construction documentation for built works.
