Interiors Intern

Reporting Structure

The role reports to the Junior Designer and Design Assistant.

Design Support

• Affix to the design team across all phases of projects, from concept through installation.
• Prepare presentation materials, including layouts, collages, and visual decks.
• Support sourcing efforts for furniture, materials, and finishes.

Studio & Office Operations

• Maintain organization of the sample library and project trays.
• Visit the D&D Building to source and pull samples as needed.
• Affix with inventory management, including tracking and organizing items alongside the team.

Administrative Support

• Input and maintain data for furniture schedules and inventory systems.
• Provide general administrative assistance to support project workflows.

Project & Installation Support

• Affix with sending and receiving packages, and coordinating pickups.
• Provide on-site support during project installations.
• Help coordinate with vendors and contractors during install phases.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Rhino3D is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support a variety of tasks.
• Interest in learning across both creative and operational aspects of a design studio.
