Interiors General Foreman

About the role

Haselden Construction seeks a General Foreman- Interiors to lead projects and ensure quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install light gauge framing & drywall materials as required per plans & specifications
• Run crews of 10 or more
• Perform demolition work of walls and doorways and reconstruct or install new framework
• Marks, shapes, assembles, fasten work materials. Verifies accuracy of repairs using related tools
• Metal stud framing
• Set door frames
• Work with other trades as needed
• Follow all OSHA & Haselden safety requirements
• Knowledge of Procore is a plus
• Assist with ordering material and material take offs
• Wear tools as required
• Knowledge of Blueprints
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Daily reports
• Gypsum assemblies
• Heavy gauge structural framing
• Work authorizations
• Production tracking

Requirements

• 4+ years as a supervisor in Interiors
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Can take and apply direction from supervisor
• Workers must provide their own safety footwear
• Workers are required to provide their own basic tools as listed in the collective agreement
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Ability to follow OSHA & Haselden safety requirements
• Knowledge of Blueprints

Pay

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00 per hour, based on knowledge and experience.
