What You’ll Do
- Supervise and direct daily crew activities.
- Cookordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Track production and report daily quantities and progress.
- Maintain job site safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Communicate with project management and other supervisors.
- Perform hands-on work as needed to support operations.

- Proven leadership and field coordination experience.
- Ability to read plans and manage daily field operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Dependability, accountability, and professional leadership.
- Ability to foster teamwork and maintain a productive work environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Education | Experience
- Minimum 3 years as a working foreman or leadman in heavy civil construction.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience on large-scale earthwork or infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
