Job Duties and Responsibilities
- In the Field
- Daily On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day
- On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
- Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
- Customer Service and Communication
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
- Communicate with support team with questions
- Problem-Solve Repairs
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary
- A willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take months to master
