Automotive Interior Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Receive automotive inventory and review preapproved interior work
• Inspect vehicle interior to ensure that no damages were overlooked
• Properly repair rips, tears, and burns and remove stains
• Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment per company standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive interior repair
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a checking/savings account or pay card with routing numbers for direct deposit
• General understanding of automotive details and features
• Able to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
• Strong communication skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and set deadlines
• Able to work well with multiple departments
• Motivated, personable team player with a superior work ethic
• Able to operate manual transmission is a plus
