About the role
We are a fast-growing local company that focuses on spot repairs to a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces such as countertops, cabinets, floors, tubs, tile, sinks, and appliances. Our services aim to save customers time and money by quickly repairing damaged areas rather than replacing or resurfacing. We also help reduce waste by extending the life of existing surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Experience working with your hands, whether in construction, art, manufacturing, or hobbies
- Experience in facilities maintenance is helpful but not required
- Understanding of color and matching colors is important
- Customer service orientation and ability to work autonomously
- Highly detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot and problem-solve creatively
- Commitment to meeting project timelines
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Clean and insurable driving record (required)
- Strong communication skills (Spanish speaking skills a plus)

Schedule
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Pay
Pay is commensurate with level of skill and experience. Pay range is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour plus bonuses and commissions.
