Scope of Work

Preparation and painting of all new and existing wall and ceiling surfaces within the kitchen area.

Included Tasks

• Masking and protecting adjacent surfaces
• Patching minor imperfections
• Priming all new drywall/patched areas
• Applying two coats of high-quality interior paint to all kitchen walls and ceiling
• Trim painting (e.g., baseboards, door frames) if affected by demo/renovation

Excluded Tasks

• Painting of existing cabinetry
• Any surfaces not directly within the defined kitchen remodel scope
