About the Role
Windle Design & Construction is looking for a talented Interior Designer with sharp design instincts, solid technical chops, and the drive to take real ownership of residential projects from first sketch to final walkthrough. This isn't a support role; you'll be the go-to design partner for clients and internal teams alike, guiding projects with confidence and creative vision.
What You'll Own
- Lead residential design projects from concept through completion, with your fingerprints on every phase
- Drive design development and documentation that turns ideas into a buildable reality
- Be the client's trusted point of contact, translating their vision into spaces they'll love
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with construction, project management, and other teams to keep designs on track and on brand
- Juggle multiple projects at once, bringing organization and design integrity to every one
What Makes You a Fit
- A few years of residential design experience under your belt, with a portfolio that shows range and craft
- Comfortable managing client relationships and multiple moving pieces at once
- Strong technical fluency (space planning, materials, documentation) paired with genuine design taste
- A collaborative mindset, you know, great projects are built by great teams
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000
