Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution
- 5–7 years of professional interior design experience
- Candidates should also have:
- Experience contributing to all phases of the interior design process, including programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, material and finish selection, FF&E specification, detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for materials, detailing, and creating memorable spaces
- Experience coordinating project teams and managing project tasks with guidance from senior staff
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines across several projects
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, mentor junior staff, and contribute to studio culture
Requirements
- Experience in multi-family, hospitality, or commercial interiors is preferred
