We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use for headings. Use
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: location, compensation, intro, company description, summary of responsibilities, essential functions, education/experience/skills required, compensation details (salary range, profit sharing, retirement, benefits, hybrid flexibility, equipment, mileage reimbursement, time off, professional development, additional perks). Also personal attributes list. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role (intro + company description?), Responsibilities (summary of responsibilities + essential functions), Requirements (experience, design expertise, technical drawing skills, client communication, technical skills, education, certifications, personal attributes), Skills (maybe technical skills?), Benefits (profit sharing, retirement, comprehensive benefits, hybrid flexibility, equipment, mileage reimbursement, time off, professional development, additional perks), Pay (salary range). Schedule maybe not present (only hybrid flexibility after onboarding, three days per week in office). That's schedule info: "Hybrid Flexibility: Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after onboarding, with three days per week in the office". That's schedule detail, so we can include Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific compensation numbers. We must remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove "How to Apply" and EEO lines. Also remove "#ZC1". Also remove navigation etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location? Not required as heading but could be in a short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a p at top. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use
for headings. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading "Interior Designer". Good.
Let's craft:
Location: Chardon, OH
Then maybe About the role
with prose combining intro and company description.
Then Responsibilities
with - items from summary of responsibilities and essential functions. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine them into list items.
Then
Requirements
with list items for experience, design expertise, technical drawing skills, client communication, technical skills, education, certifications, personal attributes.
Then Skills
maybe separate technical skills? But we already have technical skills in requirements. Could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have Requirements covering experience, education, skills, personal attributes. Then Benefits section for compensation and benefits. Pay section for salary range. Schedule section for hybrid flexibility.
But we also have profit sharing etc. Those are benefits.
Let's decide sections:
- About the role (intro + company description)
- Responsibilities (summary + essential functions)
- Requirements (experience, design expertise, technical drawing, client communication, technical skills, education, certifications, personal attributes)
- Benefits (profit sharing, retirement, comprehensive benefits, equipment, mileage reimbursement, time off, professional development, additional perks)
- Pay (salary range)
- Schedule (hybrid flexibility)
Check if any content missing: location we already have p.
Now ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
Now format.
We need to be careful not to include duplicated lines. We'll paraphrase but preserve meaning. Must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That means we should not omit details. We can combine but must keep all details. So we need to ensure each piece of info appears somewhere.
Let's list all substantive info from posting:

We also have "How to Apply" and EEO which we must remove.
Now we need to map to sections.
About the role: combine intro paragraph and company description. Could be two paragraphs.
Responsibilities: combine summary of responsibilities and essential functions (list). We'll output as - each essential function, plus maybe the summary as a
before list? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So we can have a
for the summary prose, then a
for essential functions.
Requirements: we have experience, design expertise, technical drawing skills, client communication, technical skills, education, certifications, personal attributes. Could be a list.
Benefits: profit sharing, retirement benefits, comprehensive benefits, equipment, mileage reimbursement, time off, professional development, additional perks. Also maybe hybrid flexibility? But that's schedule. We'll keep schedule separate.
Pay: salary range.
Schedule: hybrid flexibility.
We also have location p.
Now ensure we don't repeat content. Let's craft.
We'll need to be careful not to lose any detail. For each bullet we need to preserve the exact meaning but can rephrase slightly
for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading "Interior Designer". Good. Let's craft:
