About the role

The role is responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients, and managing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision
• Manage project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Contribute to the development of design solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture or related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs
• Experience working on diverse projects including healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
