Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-scope residential projects end-to-end, owning creative direction, design execution, and day-to-day decision-making
- Develop elevated, layered concepts (FF&E, finishes, lighting, custom details) and oversee technical documentation, millwork, and construction-level design intent
- Serve as the primary client + contractor design lead, mentoring junior designers, partnering with Ops on budgets/timelines, and supporting site visits through install
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years high-end residential experience with proven ability to own projects from vision through installation
- Strong technical expertise in AutoCAD, construction documentation, detailing, millwork, and interior architecture
- Experience with Studio Designer strongly preferred
- Elevated, layered portfolio plus excellent communication, calm leadership, and comfort managing multiple projects + local travel across Long Island and NYC Region
- Reliable vehicle and/or ability to travel locally for site visits across Long Island and nearby is required
Role Details
- Studio-based position with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office
