Interim TA Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities across multiple open positions
• Review applications and screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate communication and provide timely follow-up
• Support recruiting workflows, scheduling, and process administration
• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS
• Auxiliary with hiring process coordination and talent acquisition reporting
• Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
• Experience supporting hiring managers and coordinating recruiting processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS platforms; UKG experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work independently
