Worksite Location: Hybrid – Twin Cities metro
Hourly Rate: $40-$50, DOE

About the Role

The Interim Sourcer will support a high-priority hiring initiative by building talent pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions. This role will focus primarily on candidate identification, sourcing strategy, and talent engagement, partnering closely with the recruiting team to support hiring goals. The consultant will leverage market research, sourcing tools, and relationship-building skills to connect with top talent across multiple geographic markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill professional and technical roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and markets
• Conduct targeted candidate research and proactive outreach
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand talent needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and sourcing platforms
• Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to stakeholders
• Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement within the ATS
• Support recruiting initiatives by delivering qualified candidate pipelines for priority openings
• Maintain a high level of candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven sourcing experience supporting specialized, technical, or difficult-to-fill positions
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing techniques
• Experience building candidate pipelines across multiple markets or regions
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Strong research, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience working within ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting teams and hiring leaders

Qualifications

• Experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other technical hiring initiatives is a plus
