About the role
The Senior Account Manager will provide interim coverage during a leave of absence. This role will support the renewal sales efforts of the team.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing customer relationships to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities are maximized
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving renewals and upselling
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
