About the role

The Senior Account Manager will provide interim coverage during a leave of absence. This role will support the renewal sales efforts of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing customer relationships to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities are maximized
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and upselling
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
