About the role
Responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives
- Oversee financial risk management activities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)
Qualifications
- Experience in private equity or venture capital firms is a plus
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
