About the role

Responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Oversee financial risk management activities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)

Qualifications

  • Experience in private equity or venture capital firms is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
