Interim Recruiter

About the role

The Interim Recruiter will support a growing talent acquisition function by managing full cycle recruiting for specialized and technical roles. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, partnering with senior recruiters, and helping fill hard-to-fill positions across key business areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized and technical roles
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring leaders to understand complex position requirements
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple markets
• Conduct candidate screening and support interview coordination
• Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to support hiring priorities
• Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal systems to manage candidate flow
• Learn and adapt to the organization’s recruiting processes and nuances
• Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly for hard-to-fill or niche roles
• Ability to partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers
• Experience recruiting for technical, construction, or related industries preferred
• Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly understand complex roles
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
