About the role
The Interim Recruiter will support a growing talent acquisition function by managing full cycle recruiting for specialized and technical roles. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, partnering with senior recruiters, and helping fill hard-to-fill positions across key business areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized and technical roles
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring leaders to understand complex position requirements
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple markets
- Conduct candidate screening and support interview coordination
- Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to support hiring priorities
- Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal systems to manage candidate flow
- Learn and adapt to the organization’s recruiting processes and nuances
- Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly for hard-to-fill or niche roles
- Ability to partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers
- Experience recruiting for technical, construction, or related industries preferred
- Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly understand complex roles
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms)
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
